There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment has been made, You can get in touch with delivery team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order and refund your amount. We will deduct the payment gateway and handling charges if you have used the online mode of payment for that order. It will take us a maximum of 1~2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
Order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
We allow return of products for 1 day after delivery in case product does not meet the specifications or there is any manufacturing defect.
Please ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition, with the seal unbroken and includes everything from the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice and other items.

- -Reason for returning the item
Post receiving your request, Our Customer Support will confirm the return request. The final decision of the request will lie with TSPL and cannot be contested.
Once your return request is accepted by us, The entire refund amount will be reversed back with in 7-10 working days to you through NEFT/RTGS.
